Happy New Year, all.

I don't know about you, but I'm sick to death of signing companies offering me $90 for an 80 mile round trip. Really! I cover a large area in southern Minnesota, I'm available most of the time, and cover up to 100 miles from home.

What do you think is a fair fee for 40 miles, one way? How about 75 miles one way? Is $1.00 per mile (out and back) a fair measure?

Also, what are you all charging for printing these days. I just spent almost $300 for two toner cartridges. (BTW, Quill.com is TERRIFIC.) Printing is really costing a lot these days.

I'm really tired of hearing "I'll check and get back to you if I can get that fee approved" whenever I ask for more than the pittance that's being offered.

At some point, it is just not worth the effort any longer.
