Yes Lee you are right. The nation has been dumbed down to astounding new lows besides not teaching cursive, they cant even print their whole address. If I ever have to go into a nursing home and have these young dumb a^%&UY es take care of me, would you just smoother me with a pillow?

On title co papers, it asks for them to write their forwarding address at some point. I am astounded at how many people just write 201 Main St., NO city, state or zip, then ask " do they want the whole thing, they already have it". I tell them, no actually you don't have to write the whole thing, only if you want them to mail your check and any necessary correspondence after closing. Or I say, "only if the city, state and zip is part of your address". Duh.
What is wrong with people today? The heck of it is, lots of these people have somehow ended up with a lot more $ and a better address than me. They are like the ones who moan and whine about how they cant write their middle initial in cursive. Gee, really?? Are you the Beverly Hillbillies?
