This is great news for the borrowers. Betty this will apply to all loans. I can see this benefiting us as well. The more information the borrowers/signers have BEFORE the signing the better.

Scheduled to roll out August of this year - new form combining the HUD and TIL into one called "Closing Disclosre", which must be provided to borrowers 3 days in advance. Also, GFE being replaced with the "Loan Estimate" form to be provided within 3 days of application.

I was at a Buyer signing this week at a bank and the loan officer told me that soon the HUD will need to be finalized 6 days in advance of the loan package.
Although this would be Great, is this just hearsay? Has anybody else heard anything about this? Will this also apply to ReFi's? Please let me know. Thanks, in advance. =D
