I did finally get paid. Based on some comments made when I called about the payments, they had the invoice but they did not do anything until they got asked about it. Bottom line is they need to be viewed under the heading of deal with at own risk and you will get paid if you bother them enough. Apparently they have more important things to do than pay their vendors in a timely manner. |

Unfortunately, I had a similar problem with them last year. I had done some signings for them in May 2013. In July 2013, I had still not been paid, and it was at the 90 day mark. I started emailing and calling. No check, came in. August and September 2013, I am still emailing and calling with no results. In October, I sent them an email, letting them know I would be contacting the State of Florida's Attorney General's Office about their lack of payment. I received a phone call from Client First the same day the email was sent. I also received a check for the full amount owed the following week.
That was the last signing I ever did for them, even though they have continued to call me.

Funny, I did one on 7/17 and then on 7/22, also for the same person and I got paid on the one from the 22nd, but not the one on the 17th. At least you have a dialog going, I can't get anyone to respond to me.

I did 3 jobs for them (same person) 12 Jul, 15 Jul and 4 Aug. The payments for 12 Jul and 4 Aug were received in about 30 days. The 15 Jul payment seems to have gotten "stuck" and "they are working on it". I am supposed to call back to the accounts payable person in a few days. 30 to 45 days is normal for them. Overall not a bad bunch to deal with. |

Anyone having problems getting paid by Client First Settlement Funding? I did a signing for them back in mid July and they will not respond to any of my emails/phone calls. |
