Hooray!!! I got a call from them today, so they are STILL in business.
Honestly, if you have a payment problem with them, call. They take care of their notaries.

P2R, you might try calling them first and if you can't get in touch with them, fax a collection letter to them. You can find some good templates for collection letters on Microsoft's web site or you can look up collection letters here on this web site.

I've never been paid any earlier then 30 days from Negrete's, but quite often it's been more then 30 days and I've had to send a reminder. But they've always replied to my e-mail, so it's alarming that you're not getting a reply.

Not sure what's up with this company. I'm 40 days+ waiting on payment for an August 2014 closing. Used to pay quickly, now no response to emails......Any ideas out there?

I have loved working for this company. I called about 2 outstanding closing - one in April. Was told check for both of these was mailed on 7/11 and a check number. Yesterday's mail still did not have check and asked for another to be mailed. Will keep you informed when I get it.
Tony's company has always been one of my favorites to work with. He is more than fair with me on difficult closings.
Hope this is just a hiccup!!

Hrrmm...not sure - recent feedback elsewhere indicates a serious slowdown in payments..

Hope not - I worked for Tony only once but from what I've heard they were a stellar company - hope they haven't become a victim of the economy...
