I would not work for this unethical outfit again. Not only are they low ball but they find excuses not to pay. They pay slow and when you ask why a payment is way overdue, they come up with a excuse saying the lender did not pay them so you do not get paid. They are untrustworthy.

I have been assigned 6 signings with this company and am still waiting for one to go through. Four were last minute cancellations after I printed the documents. The last two were assigned, printed and ready to go until I found that the borrowers address was on the wrong street. Pac Doc's solution was to have me change the the address to the right street. When I arrived, the borrower naturally wanted no part in the loan, They sent me new documents the next day, and I took off on my second 70 mile round trip to get the assignment completed. As I started the signing process I got a call from Pac Doc saying the numbers were all wrong. I charge $100.00 minimum (10 miles from my office), do about 300 signings a year. This one should have paid me $150.00 plus fees for each trip. After it was all said and done I didn't get paid for the four last minute cancellations, the two 70 mile round trips should have paid a total of $350.00. I got $65.00 Total, and a lot of excuses. I am the only CSA in an 8,000 square mile area. Pac Doc called 7 times with assignments since. I guess they don't get the hint that I refused every assignment.
