I did the same thing Maria. That's exactly how he sucks you in. He's a sweetheart...on the phone. Oh so accommodating (especially when you're new to his offers), but trust and believe you are setting yourself up to be another one of his suckers.

And when it happens (not IF), please come on and let us know...that you aren't any different than those of us that have been preyed upon by this company (guy?). I've been in this business for 9 years and can assure you, nothing has changed!

But you go on ahead and keep him in business and say stellar things about a company that has (and undoubtedly) will continue to use and prey upon unsuspecting other notaries.

Don't say you've not been pre-warned.

I did a closing for Frank @ Speedy Closing & Title on 2/13/2014 I am very impressed I received my payment today 2/18/2014. I almost declined the order after reading the negative reviews, after speaking to him I had a change of heart, he was very professional and easy to work with. With no micro-management. Look forward to working with them again.
