Now I'm losing a lot of work with Title Source because of this App! Sometimes Im in a rural area and don't get a signal! I miss the phone schedulers.... Some companies should not restrict notaries like this! |

Yes. No matter how fast you can open the app it is almost always already accepted and no longer available.

anyone had a problem with getting to the app quick enough to get there signings? For some reason I can open the app within approximately 10 seconds of my text alerting me and the order is already expired and taken by someone else. It's very frustrating. I've been working with title source for over 2 years and had a steady stream of business with them until the app came now I have none.

I agree wholeheartedly. I had a boatload of work from them, and then when they changed to the new App, zing boom, nothing. I contacted them and told them to remove me from their active list, and good luck.

I guess great work and no discrepancies and quick turn around and going out of your way for a company to meet their needs holds NO SIGNIFICANCE anymore.
The app has killed them as far as I am concerned. This will probably come back to bite them with their lack of diversity.

I have an IPhone 5s with Verizon service and cannot get any jobs. Everything (no matter how fast I reply) says it is already assigned. I called TS and they called it a computer glitch and that IT was working on it. That was 2 weeks ago and still no change...

Is anyone else out there was an Android phone finding that these orders on their app goes to the IPhone app quicker? This isn't fair. Nor is it fair to go out for $65 and if it doesn't say refinance online I don't accept their orders any more. Now they are too big for their britches! |

I agree with the trouble lately with the APP, I spoke to them and they said we are still preferred but that there is just no work right now, its slow everywhere. I spoke to a higher up at a MAJOR title company that just merged with another MAJOR title company, without naming names, I am sure you guys can assume who I am talking about, they told me that there are a couple more jobs due to the merger, but that the business is so slow, they layed off 50% of their staff, they don't see this getting busier until merger is 100% complete, which wont be til LATE 2014 to early 2015 sorry everyone

boy am i with you guys on this one. I used to do mega bucks with title source and now that they have the application, even when I reply within one minute it always comes up saying that the order is no longer available. like many of the companies I work for, I've gone above and beyond for TS several times but when it comes to saving money they definitely have a very short memory :-(.

Title Source was really a great company to work for until this darn app. I drive a lot here in Tennessee and I have to look and put in that darn pin and then scroll over to see the "potential new signing" the key is that if it says refinance signing that means the crummy $65 fee which is a no go for me either. If it says online documents then that is the $85. It used to show me the address on the maps but it doesn't now and they are going to fix that they said. I think these mobile apps stink. They all want us to be "careful" on the road and then bombard us with these apps and password (changes all the time)and expect us to make a decent living!! |

Just so you know - they told me the same thing..
They told me my fees have to be $65 plus $20 or $25 for printing in order to get app assignments. I won't work for that fee, and I don't care that some Quicken loans don't need printing and packages are "small" - we're very rural here and I just can't and won't work for $65 per closing. Out-of-county signings for me can rack up 70-90 miles or more.
So, the app never goes off and I work for TS when they call me and when, I guess, nobody else is available - and they pay the fee I've had established since 2006. The only thing I did for them is adjust my fee for out-of-county to match my in-county fee so they're the same across the board - but that fee is over $100. Now if I get a closing for out of county and it involves printing for a company other than Quicken and 2 packages are required, I either will ask for an adjustment or won't take the assignment.

I loved the TS App when it first rolled out! Now, there is some sort of glitch in the system and in 2 weeks I have not had any assignments. I called and was told to lower my fees as this was impacting my score.Reluctant, I went ahead and lowered the fees for a few counties. Days later, still no assignments. I called again and was told that the system kicked me back out because I need to have my fees the same across the board. When asked why was this just now a problem when my fees have been the same since 05 and the person was not able to answer. The only other thing they told me was to e-mail them every other day so that they can manually change my score back to where it should be.
I live in Michigan. Is anyone else having this problem?? |
