Betty, There are notaries in Texas that do mortgage signings and there used to be(or still is) a network they belonged, and they would help each other. You might try connecting with that network to learn more about signing certain loans and cash outs in your state. Connections can make all the difference. Check out Brenda Stone. She's not an NSA any longer but she's written a number of articles on the subject and was or is still involved with the Texas network.

I believe the title offices and attorneys do charge for using their offices and you include that charge in your fee.

I'm located in Texas and I have phoned several title companies and they do not allow outside notaries to use their office. Have any of you worked out a plan? Do I need to contact only attorney's offices? I'm sure they will charge a fee and I'll need to add this fee to what I'm being paid for cash out loans.

Are they underwriting the Title Insurance? If not, I doubt they'd be interested in lending space for the event. They do not do complimentary notary services unless the client has an open order with them, or a document related to an order that is on a file contingent on another file.

How do you approach a title company to use their office for cash out loan signings? Do they charge to use their facility for cash out loan signings?
