I let them know I wanted payment up front due to all of the bad reviews. Noby made sure payment sent out via echeck prior to docs being dropped due to concerns. Absolutely no hand-holding. Gotta give 'em a thumbs up. #128077;#127996;

Noby McNamara (owner) used to own a different company. I have forgotten the name of it.

He's not paying!

Probably close up shop and change the name again

I did a signing for this company on Dec 8 2016 and was promised to be paid with in 30 days. They did not do that.. I emailed, and phoned etc and basically was given the run around- I filed a complaint against them and also began a collection procedure and finally got a check on jan 31, 2017 with no explanations or apologies after those filings.. Dont know when I would have been paid had I not taken so many measures to collect.

Has anyone worked with this company before? They are based out of Parma, OH. Can you share your experience if you have?

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
