Timios..Huge pkgs, 8-12 acks & jurats, Michael the manger is not honorable, when I complained about not being told that the signing was with 3 people, and it took over 2+ hours and 24 notarys later he would increase my signing fee, he did not and when I called he had no memory of the conversation..2 weeks ago they called about a follow up..they wanted me to to do a new ack on a DOT without going to the client..I refused and stated that it was fraud...did they back peddle, Michael stated that they would use another notary....
Be careful of this co....

Bums...

They had a "dirtbag" signing agency hire me and send me to a bank to close docs were supposed to be there.

I went and spoke to the signing agency and they told me to wait. I knew better and called title.

Title told me they would pay me the entire fee 250.00 for the closing and to deal with them directly.

Long story short, I was told by title to get paid from the signing agency and the signing agency was pissed and had no deal with me to pay me to go to the borrowers location.

I got beat out of my pay 100% and they are a poor company to deal with. NOT HONORABLE AT ALL...
