Just got screwed by David Adams, wont return calls or reply to emails. I even sent him a nasty email that would get a response from anyone else but not him. What I am doing is contacting the company that had the I-9 produced. If you have his original email with the forms, pull it up and get the company name of the employer and invoice them. I did and it worked. Company is sending me a check and also that firm now knows this azz is screwing notaries.

WHY do you people perform work, deliver the product and HOPE to be paid? Whenever I order something by phone they want my credit card / paypal payment prior to shipping. If you just establish that you must be paid prior to printing / leaving for an appointment; you will have your fee "up front" and the scammers will have no one to rip off.
BTW: he charges 140$ and up - R U feeling TWICE took?

I agree with the others here, David Adams cannot be trusted. I did an I-9 signing for him on August 10 and was told payment will be made within 30 days. I called him several times after the 30-day period, sent several emails and didn't receive a response. I even had a friend called and left a general message just to see if he would respond. That didn't work either.
However, in mid-October I had a call from him stating he just remembered he hadn't mailed my payment but also has another assignment that must be completed by the next day. He stated he would mail a check for both payment immediately that day on his way to church. I didn't accept the assignment but he kept calling and emailing the next day. I guess he couldn't find anyone else to complete it.
Fortunately, 2 weeks later I received a check for the assignment in August from him. But, I still will never work for him again. |

Yes. I got scammed by him for $60 plus postage for work performed July 31,2013. I received a call after 9:00 PM at night for something that had to be done before noon the next day. I am still sending him emails but don't expect to get paid. Creeper.
