Thank you for the response. It was the Title company that didn't get her name on the page, and I still got docked $25. The signing company said it's an addendum to the TIL. I should have known?! The spouse's name was on the docs you listed. I made a note, but my fee went up for that signing company.

The non-borrowing spouse doesn't sign the Note because he or she did not apply for the loan with the borrowing spouse. However, depending on the state and the community property laws requires that the non-borrowing spouse sign the marital docs; DOT, TIL, RTC, any Riders, some title docs, and Signature Name affidavits. Is it a requirement for the non-borrowing spouse to sign this page, (Amount to be Financed) even if their name is not typed in? The spouse was on the Mortgage, but not the Note.
