"I did a signing for them in March and have sent numerous collection letters and invoices. They did contact me once and said that their employee who had authorized payment for the signing had no authority to agree to the fee I quoted. I was asked to take a 60% discount of the fee, and when I stated that I had the authorization in writing and would not discount, I was told they would check with the manager. I've never been contacted back, no one will return my call or answer any e-mails, even when I've sent collection notices."

 This company is the worst!!!!!! I wish someone would have told me in June... Still waiting for payment it is now NOVEMBER.I've had to call several times to find out why payment has not been issued. Sent letters, mailed my invoices also included an invoice with return package,claim it had not been included. Sent multiple invoices. still waiting for payment, on top of that this woman named Amy Monroe is trying to tell me the fee I agree to do the job for is $25 dollars less than agreed upon, This is crap.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

 Stay away from Hope 4 Home. Did a signing for them on April 1, and like Calicia saw they paid the 1st and 15th. Wrong. I did receive partial payment 60 days later, but I'm still waiting for the rest. I've emailed, phoned, left messages, sent faxes and today I texted Monte and Rodger. Now it's the principle of the thing. |

I wanted to give a warning to any notaries who were thinking of doing work with Hope 4 Home or Hope for Home, be prepared to wait MONTHS for your payment. I did a loan signing for them on 2/25/13. Was told checks are cut on the 1st and 15th. I figured great, I can get my payment processed on 3/1. 3/1 comes, 3/15 comes and nothing. I call on 3/23 and Im told oh your check will be cut on 4/1. 4/16 comes and Im told it was cut on 4/15 and mailed. Well it wasn't mailed until 4/26 AND then when I receive the check, they shorted me $25. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but in this business, we need every dollar.
They are very hard to get in touch with, they don't return phone calls and everything is "I have to speak to management" but you can't get management on the phone..
