How much time do you spend doing administrative work each week?


I found commonalities that prevent you as a notary from spending more time in signings…

-You spend anywhere from 1-5 hours doing tedious and frustrating data entry every week
-Most of this time, you sit in front of your computer and log order information from emails or signing portals instead of spending more time on the road or with your family.
-Every few weeks if not every week, you spend quite a bit of time calculating driving milage to report for taxes which is a pain that requires you to keep logs on apps or on your computer
-You spend 5 hours a month putting together your financials or you're too busy after being overwhelmed from all of the areas of work you need to address to put together a spreadsheet to get an overview of your income and expenses every month…

-Be able to export all of your data to quickbooks in case you want to run additional financial reports..
-Be able to make better business decisions by seeing a dashboard of which clients have paid you or not, seeing your signings for the month, and seeing income vs expenses….
-And being able to access this information on the cloud, either on your phone, tablet or computer at any time.


The solution would allow you to spend less time doing the tedious, frustrating administrative work that you either neglect or hate doing allowing you to spend more time in signings and revenue generating activities.
