Quality Assurance? Twice in 1 week 2 different lenders sent PDFs that were nor scanned correctly!!! So, the Lender sends the PDF to Title/Escrow, they attached it to their file, which in turn goes to the SS, and then ends up @ my PC. For some reason, NO ONE Prior to me notices the docs were not scanned correctly. And of course twice I printed them. Last week, when the Legal size docs were cut off during the scanning sequence, the LO tried to BLAME ME FOR IT!!!! I can show you on the PDF how it really is cut off. 1.5 hours (2 hours from start time) the LO went & had to get the docs printed. It was a short sale purchase & again, I was under the gun to print & get tot he signing in less than 1.5 hours & a 35 mile drive.

Today, less than 2 hours to signing time, I noticed the Lender docs were not Quality Assured for the signing. I had to cancel that signing since I had another one I could make it to & be on time for that family.

Obviously, the Lender was in a hurry & or inexperienced on how to scan docs properly. I am not to BLAME, & I will get paid for printing crap. But, seriously, 3 Major steps prior to getting to the end user & all of them missed this.
