Did a signing for them in August. No responses to inquiries about payments. I contacted the title agent (and wonder if they are the same ownership). I was referred to Richard Greene but have not been contacted by him either.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS......RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did a signing for them in June 2015, have not received payment, they will not return phone calls nor respond to emails.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I'm not sure if they are still around. No return phone calls for weeks. They owe me nothing and I had a great relationship with them. Anyone have any incite?

I had a call from them yesterday, (not realizing that they were a company that stiffed me in 2014) I accepted the assignment. It was a reverse application and the loan officer called me this morning to get my address to overnight the docs. I mentioned to him not to send the docs as I just discovered this company didn't pay me for the last job. He said he would contact Nick at US Notary Services. Loan Officer calls me back and says everything is straightened out, I ask how? He said Nick told him that he had called me and I was incorrect that he had the PayPal receipt. Funny I never got a call. Loan Officer then said he would check on it again. I call LO in a few minutes to tell him to look up US Notary Service on 123.Notary and see what kind of business he was dealing with. LO said Nick told him he didn't actually talk to me but Carl did, funny I don't remember that conversation either. Not only do they not pay but they make up conversations. I would not do any work for them even if they paid in advance.

I was emailed for a small (reverse application) job. Maybe I should count my self lucky they found someone else as I replied too late? Has anybody else found them to be non-payers as Dhelmic2 in Mississippi? Thanks for the heads up!!!

BEWARE!!! Did signing in November for them. No payment and no response received from numerous tries to contact them.
