Done a Signing in 2012 accepted a signing this year forgetting about 2012.

I received a payment from lender. I received an email from Nick as follows :

From: Nick Petrillo <npetrillo@usnotaryservice.com> To: 'Desmond OConnor' <pearland_notary@yahoo.com> Cc: 'ccavise' <ccavise@usnotaryservice.com> Sent: Wednesday, July 15, 2015 11:39 AM Subject: RE: Unpaid Invoice

As I said in the past, I did not authorize or hire you for the additional services performed. I think you spoke directly to Rob Harris at the Money Store. Invoices should be sent directly to him.

First of all your business practices are unethical. I was hired by US Notary Services. I received an email confirmation with the revised fee which is attached which serve as Authorization enough. You stated "As I said in the past, I did not authorize or hire you for the additional services performed" That is a lie I have never received any response from US Notary Service prior to this email other than the revized confirmation

I will not do business with your company and have informed many notaries of your practice. I did receive a check for $125 and I am waiting for it to clear. Which does not release you from late charges / Attorney Fees.

I had a call from them yesterday, (not realizing that they were a company that stiffed me in 2014) I accepted the assignment. It was a reverse application and the loan officer called me this morning to get my address to overnight the docs. I mentioned to him not to send the docs as I just discovered this company didn't pay me for the last job. He said he would contact Nick at US Notary Services. Loan Officer calls me back and says everything is straightened out, I ask how? He said Nick told him that he had called me and I was incorrect that he had the PayPal receipt. Funny I never got a call. Loan Officer then said he would check on it again. I call LO in a few minutes to tell him to look up US Notary Service on 123.Notary and see what kind of business he was dealing with. LO said Nick told him he didn't actually talk to me but Carl did, funny I don't remember that conversation either. Not only do they not pay but they make up conversations. I would not do any work for them even if they paid in advance.

U. S. Notary REFUSES to pay me for services done in Feb & March, 2015. I have two confirmations both for $125, one for application & second for closing. They finally sent me a check (after much begging) and it was $50.00 SHORT. Now when I try to contact them, I get a reply that says the mail box is full. DO NOT ACCEPT A SIGNING FROM U. S. NOTARY!!!

I did work for this company in February and March 2015. After several emails to the billing person - who never responded - I wrote to the person who had originally contacted me asking for his help, or for the name of the billing person's supervisor. Then - the billing person responded and said I would be paid with one check for both jobs "soon." I waited 2 more weeks and then wrote to him again, to which he responded "mailing it today." After 1 week, I wrote again and he wrote back "You haven't received the check? Will send another check today." After a few days -- Glory be! I received the check! Let's hope it doesn't bounce. Btw - I have their address as 510 Broadhollow Rd in Melville, NY.

On 3/6 they finally cut payment and I received it last week. I had to contact the lender the get some action on this payment.

I did signings for this company Nov 2014 and Jan 2015, stilling waiting on payment. I have emailed and sent correspondence via mail to them, with no reply. I emailed again today requesting status of my payment. I will be filing it with the courts next.

DO NOT ACCEPT SIGNINGS FROM THIS COMPANY

I done a closing for them earlier in the year but at that time they had a different address..in N.Y. they paid me in less than 45 days

I was contacted by them only once by email but when I replied (about 45 minutes later) they had already scheduled with someone else. Haven't heard from them since.

I wondering if you got paid. Did a signing for them 11/15/2012. Received and email 12/17/2012 stating check would go on tomorrow 12/18/2012. As of 12/26/2012 not paid

Hello Everyone,

Yes!!! US Notary does pay there notaries. Due to super storm Sandy is the reason why you might have not gotten paid. But, they do pay excellent company will work again.

I've done a couple signings for them in the last couple months. They've agreed to my fees and they've paid. No complaints.
