I agree that they are good to work for, and pay in a timely fashion; but yes they are now low balling all files. Just agreed to a file and they are paying $100; hud states that they are receiving $250.00. Who does the work??? Just doesn't feel like they are being fair with us any longer. I feel like they are taking advantage of us now. Don't they know that we can see the fees that they are getting?

Don't let one employee color your opinion. Mr. Hartman runs a good organization. I have spoken with that employee too and the response I got to questioning a package size made me say "huh?". But everyone else has been super professional. I never have to haggle with these guys. In fact, on more than one occasion they have increased my fee without me asking, due to a larger than average package size.

They pay right around 30 days after service is rendered. This is one of the better signing services out there. Notary focused and fair.

They ask for one page of the package (sig from HUD-1) as a faxback along with a few of their pages (about 5 total). I had one check shorted one time. One phone call and a check in less than a week for the addtional amount.

What makes the backgound color of a web site a sign that it is not a good company? If black is bad would red or green make it a good company?

Their track record makes it a good company not the color of their web site.

Accountable Agents is a wonderful company to work for - one of the best SS out there. Not sure what terms you outlined with them that THEY rejected it but I've found them to be very fair, pay very well, easy to work with and very helpful to the notary. I would not hesitate to take work from them - in fact I'm *always* available for them - and IMO everyone else should not hesitate to take any work from them.

BE ADVISE OF AGENTS LLC ACCO. They do not have crediable website either they have few numbers and email address and the website is black with blackground. I explain also to him about my policy and terms in which was based on there terms and he said "It was not going to happen" to get my money for the signing. Then the company was not listed as AGENTS LLC ACCO IT WAS LISTED AS ACCOUNTABLE AGENTS. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IF ANYONE SIGNED WITH COMPANY LET ME KNOW.
