I did a signing for them October 25th and one November 24th. I am still waiting for a check. They owe me $100.00 for the October signing and $120.00 for the November signing. It is way past their deadline for paying me. I won't do any more work for them. I read another post below that said they are rude. That is true. They are.

Very RUDE Divisional Manager - Mike Sanders at National Loan Closings
Let me start out by saying that I have been a Loan Signing Agent and Mobile Notary for almost 10 years. I have done almost 4,000 loan signings and have worked with over 150 signing companies and escrow and title companies.
Now about NCL...
I accepted a job from them with no mention of faxbacks at the time of the phone call nor in the confirmation email or on their website. When I received the docs it said the Faxbacks were required (the entire loan package). I emailed back and stated that I was not made aware of this at the time of the confirmation and I do charge an additional amount to do faxbacks and to please advise. Mike Sanders emailed back and said that it was "part of the job and they will not send me anymore business."
I emailed back "You are the ONLY company that doesn't disclose there are faxbacks at the time of confirmation. You also pay the least."
He then emails back " Find another job"!!!!!! Very professional. Never work with them. Let them get what they pay for.

I have to seriously wonder about anybody who gives these guys a positive review.
I've done signings for them for a number of years. I don't care if they provide you all the payment timelines in advance. They do not adhere to those deadlines, despite what some of their apologists on this thread claim.
I did a signing for them on April 29. I was aware that their payment would not be sent out until, according to their own terms, soon after June 26. I'm sitting on July 18, and my one call to find out where payment was resulted in Odai going off on me as though I'm to blame for their lack of honesty and integrity. They are disrespectful. They look down on notaries, simply seeing us as a profit center. I don't get paid soon, they can deal with the complaints to the agencies that regulate them.

This company did not pay me for over 60 days after a signing in early August. They lied to me about 3 different aspects of why they did not pay. I have email proof for everything connected with the work I did for them. I finally received my check just yesterday for work performed on 8/9/13. Unfortunately I did not listen to the dismal ratings for this company, either here on 123notary.com or on NotaryRotary, because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Please do not make my mistake. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Jeremy is right on this company. I have done closings for both. Right now, I am struggling to get payments for closings from the company located in KY. I have done many closings for National Loan closings, out of KY, and never had to call. However, the ACH that I received in June did not include all of the closings that I was due payment for. I called and they said I would get another one in a couple of weeks. It's been 8 weeks. I talked to the manager of the company, Omar. He was VERY rude and told me he would not stop what he was doing to investigate what is going on. He said I had to "wait" for the email notification. 8 weeks is apparently not long enough in his book.
Be cautious when they call you. I think this company is in trouble |

They called me this morning with a job for Monday a.m., 30 miles away. When I told her my fee, which was less than the last job I had with them, she said she would see if she could get it approved. Then, she sent out a mass e-mail asking for bids. Highest fee acceptable is $110. I have changed my mind about working for them. I'm putting them on my "No" list. |

In reviewing my records, I discovered I hadn't been paid by National Loan Closings within 60 days. When I e-mailed them, Andrew Jones immdiately responded to send him a W9 and he would cut a check that afternoon. Which he did! I'll work for them again for sure. |

They offered me $75-$90 for a refi with 130 pages & the location was far too!! I immediately declined & was informed other Notaries was accepting their fees!! I told them my standard fee & I don't go under $100 for a large package!!
This company have a very low rating on Notary Rotary for their low fees, slow pay & no pay!! I will NEVER accept an assignment from them!!

I'm going to agree with Saul on this one. Do I think they take too long to get paid? Absolutely. Do they represent it as anything but? No, they are very clear about it. But, I never, never, never have to call them for payment status.
Ironically, most of the jobs they call me on are for a client I have a direct relationship with. I am usually not available for their assignments, as I'm at the top of our customer's direct call list. But, on occasion, the job location or time might change from when I declined it, and I end up doing it for them.
They never require faxbacks from me, but I've been doing assignments for them for a long time and have never made a mistake with them. That goes a long way towards alleviating faxback requirements for QC, not investor properties, though. |

I just checked my yahoo.com e mail box and found a listing from this company that I am available to do. I clicked on the link and logged in. I was ready to make a "bid" and enter mine in. The highest bid they take is $80.00, and I had to lol LITERALLY! Needless to say, I passed over on this signing. Is that all they have to offer is $80.00, WHAT A JOKE!

The deal with our friends in Iowa is that they pay the end of the following month; that is disclosed in their terms. that is 45-60 days, but it is not a surprise and they pay by direct deposit when they say they will.

They've lowered their fees with cattle call email closing requests. Still takes 45-60 days to get paid. I only accept a couple a month from them because of this. The only way I get a good fee (higher than two digits) is if they have to resort to calling me if I do not take the bait on the lowball email offers. |

Don't confuse this company with the company that has the SAME first two words in its name and ends with the word "Closers", they are not the same. National Loan Closings is in Windsor Heights, IA. The "other" company is in Kentucky and has no published address on their website (to my dismay).
We got a lot of feedback about this company on the OTHER company's string whose company names ends with "closers". Any word on National Loan Closings recently?
