They used to pay but apparently don't now. Did a job on 3/28/16. Started emailing them for payment at 6 weeks. "That check went out", "We need your invoice" (again), "I'm mailing it tomorrow." The last time they responded, which was May 28, was them needing my invoice again. I've sent several more emails, to that contact and another one, with no reply. It's only $50.00! I'm just going to write it off and block them in my phone. Ridiculous!
I never had this problem with them in the past but It's been a long time since I had anything from them. Also, Googling them shows many customers are feeling ripped off by them. IMHO, stay as far away as you can!

I've done signings for them several times. They use to pay 75.00 now they have cut it to 50. the last few signings that I have done for them. They do pay but I did have to call them once for payment over 30 days and resend the invoice and they paid it the following week.

I've only completed a few vehicle signings for them so far but never have any issues. I guess it depends on how comfortable you are performing vehicle inspections as they require you to visual look over the car, turn it on, and put it in gear. I just make sure to point out that I was hired as a signing agent and that I'm not way a train mechanic of any sort on their inspection list. Hasn't been a problem yet.

I got a call from them to do a car loan signing. When I got there, the client said the terms were not what he agreed to & wouldn't sign. It was a Saturday. They had 4 different phone numbers to call but he could not get a hold of anyone. I took the docs with me and left. Emailed WCC that he refused to signed & sent the docs back with a cancellation invoice. They said I need to to send a W9 so they could overnight the check to me. I didn't receive the check but then received another request to go back with a new set of docs. This time he signed. I included the cancellation fee on my invoice and was expecting a check to be overnighted. I ended up emailing them twice. All in all, the time frame was not too long but it felt like it because they said it would be overnighted and it was mailed. I received it 15 days after the actual signing. The signing was 7/15/12 & I received the check 8/9/12. I would work with them again.
