Hi Kelly Robertson,
As per your suggestion I call HP help desk and discuss my issue to the executive, but he suggest me that this is not HP printer fault, so I called to my computer repair shop then he came and fix the same.

I think that if you call HP, they may be able to assist you! We had just a couple issues and they were super helpful. xox

Hi Kelly,
I am also using the same HP printer and I am also satisfied with the same. But there is one thing that whenever I switch my account then I am not able to print anything. I am using Window 7 Ultimate. Is there anything which I need to change in setting.

Hi Friends!
My sweet husband surprised me today with a new printer: An HP Laser Jet pro 400M 401n
Looks like he needed to order a second tray, no worries, I'll take care of it IF IF IF this sounds like something I'll like.
