Hello Everyone,

Just doing update on Precision Signing Service I never received my money,I wrote the Governor of Florida and they said there nothing they can do but gave me the sheriff's office and the title company which is called Velero Title Company out of Texas did not do anything to help me get my money. So be advise on the Title Company Velero Title they will not help you at all!! I received an order again from another company with Velero Title Company and I turned it down because they did not even make any type of effort to help me to obtain my fee. They called themselves complaining to the new signing company about me but I explain to the scheduler and the manager I will conduct any signing for any other title company just not Velero. If there any lawsuit out there with Precision Signing. Please email me you can view my profile to find my email Thanks

From what I've heard, Boston National has picked up the ball and is honoring the invoices he has not paid. If Boston National is the title company on your deal, it's worth a try for you - contact them. Better to do that than "take it in the shorts".

WE know that Boston National paid. They paid him. They are not going to pay us. It is his responsibility to pay us. I called Boston National a couple of Months ago. They no longer do business with him. Ortiz is our concern. He got paid, he just won't pay the Notaries that he owes. I had a Company in Arizona that didn't pay, but Arizona was willing to put the squeeze on them and I got my money. I would not imagine that Florida will do the same thing.
I think we will just have to take it in the shorts. He is no longer answering the phone, the fax machine or email. He has dropped out of sight. Lets just hope that he doesn't REINVENT HIMSELF WITH ANOTHER NAME.

Can we contact the Attorney General in Florida? Would they file a Lawsuit on our behalf? I am open to ideas. I guess we could do what that other guy did, just keep faxing everyday. I did that for a while, but got tired of making that work. I email at least one time per day. I still have him on my email address?

Why not contact title? I hear tell they're taking care of the notaries who were burned by this guy.

I totally agree with the comments about Precision Signings. I received the exactly same call from Amy on July 26, 2012 about signing here in Texas also. The client rescheduled the appointment for 07/27/2012. Mr. Ortiz and Amy was to send a conformation about the signing back to me but did not, however Mr Ortiz said for me to go to the signing. I never received any documents that day nor the next day. I called Mr. Ortiz several times on Friday, he never pick up the phone and answer a few emails and they were fully of excuses as well. I later contact the client and the title company cancelled all the assignment with him as well the my assignment and Mr. Ortiz never said anything me. He still owe me for an assignment I conduct for me on July 5, 2012 and I have not received my payment. I understand from the title company he has received payment for this signing as well. I am working on now how to take necessary measure to receive my payment. If anyone has any information please see 1,2,3 notary for my information and please feel to contact me Thanks!!
