We have 2400 notaries subscribed to our newsletter, but why not 6000? Just email us to get a free subscription!

123notary has started an opt-in list for people who want to subscribe to our newsletter.

We are sending four or five newsletters per month to those on the opt-in list, and it is interesting reading, so it is something to consider joining. We publish links to interesting articles on the BLOG, FORUM, and FACEBOOK discussions. Just email us at info@123notary.com to request an opt-in email with a link to join this group.

We began promoting this list in November 2011. But, we now have a new email system that can more efficiently send emails to those on the opt-in list. Regular members on the forum and directory will get a blog newsletter once in two months on average from now on. But, those on the opt-in list will be kept informed more regularly about what is new on the forum and blog.

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link.
