They won't pay for an application until the loan goes through. If it didn't, you'll have to keep after them as you have already. Send an invoice and a collection letter, if you haven't already. Phone calls seem easier but are easily ignored.

(Assuming this is a mortgage application) - I would check the recorder's office and see if that mortgage recorded..if so, the loan funded and they've been paid - and you should be too!! Get a copy of the recorded security instrument and use it as proof of the funding of the loan

Did a application signing on 3/16/18 and still have not received payment. The CEO promised to pay and even pay through paypal, but have yet to do so. 7 months is ridiculous!

It was an application. But that is no reason to delay payment.

Ronie, was the job you were paid in June for an application instead of a refi? They paid me quickly on a refi I did for them, but my husband signed a VA application over 30 days ago and now they're telling him they won't pay until he completes the signing for the loan, if it's approved. Just wondered if your situation was the same.
