I still haven't been paid from them in 2010. I couldn't locate them & I didn't get a 1099 for 2010 from them
Jeff Stittswork is whom I use to deal with.
Too bad, they ever reincarnate themselves, I'll avoid them.

jpwells, why would you take any work from Ameridocs when there is so much negative info about them? Did you not bother to check them out before accepting the job? I don't understand why Notaries take work from nonpayers, then complain that they aren't paid......an alligator acts like an alligator. An alligator doesn't act like a kitty cat.

Please add me to the list of notary signing agents burned by Jeff and Josh Stittsworth of AmeriDocs and also Vicky Taylor of Dynaamic Field Solutions. These people should rot in a Federal Prison for a long time for their internet fraud and dishonesty. When someone is hired over the internet and not paid, this is internet fraud, fraud is a felony, a felony is punishable by a huge fine and Federal Prison time. This information is on the internet and there is a site where this can be reported to the FBI. Send your letters of complaint to the FBI detailing the whole history of your dealings with the frudulent company and CC: copy your correspondence to your state attorneys general and Better Business Bureaus' headquarters.

I hate having to chase after my money with these deadbeats. Another thing you can do is send the closing package back to them USPS overnight COD and make sure you include your postage fee plus whatever your fee was to close the package. If one of these fraudulent signing companies is running "a tab" or "stringing you along at your expense", add up what they owe you and add it onto the COD price for your most current signed package. Remember, we can't hold up the package from being retured but we can collect on what they owe up because they want their package in their hands.

All the best.

Sincerely,

Norman Rosenzweig

Has anyone done a signing for Ameridocs? I guy named Jeff contacted me to do a signing. I accepted it. However, I went over to the notary rotary web site and discovered there were some unhappy folks who had worked with Jeff. Their comments ranged from non payment to him being simply rude and nasty.

I immediately called him back, told him that I would not be able to complete the signing. He asked me why, I told him that I had looked his company up on the web site. I mentioned that some of the comments stated the notaries were not paid.

Jeff got quite nasty, told me that he does pay his notaries. Then he stated, "just see what happens you fucking bitch" then he hung up.

Well, this really shook me up. In all of the years that I have been a notary, none of my signing companies ever used language like that.

Ok Jeff, so just in case you might be reading this listing, for the record, I have not spoken with anyone. I am a professional and I do not resort to childish games.

To update my earlier posting, I did get paid for the job done and have since completed another signing for the same company. Good luck to all!

In fairness, I have to let you know that I just received payment for this 2nd signing I did for Ameridocs. Signing was 5/08/07 and I got my check on 6/14/07. Maybe I've just been lucky. I too, though, will be hesitant to accept another job from them, considering all the trouble others have had.

The pattern I am seeing on this thread is that Ameridocs will get you in by assuring that you are paid the first time. In doing so they have gotten you to trust them. But then. . . Does anyone else see this happening?

I did a signing for them on 4/20/07 and received my check on 5/24/07. I did a 2nd job for them on 5/8/07, but have not yet received a check for that assignment. I'll send them a reminder fax, just in case.

Currently having a payment problem with this company. Been over six weeks since signing and have yet to be paid. Fingers crossed, thanks to a posting on this site I did get a phone number and a person who is 'looking into it' for me.
