A quick review.

Yesterday 5/8/12 I got signing request by phone from a new company in Utah, called iSign Mobile Notary. They said before I could get the confirmation, I had to sign-up or apply. They requested I fill out the application, then scan it back. I did exactly as I said. I attempted to research online for any 411, but none available.
Here is some helpful information about this company.

The "application" says,
~ they pay $45 for a full foreclosure contract

~ they pay $55 for a Debt Resolution contract

~ they pay $10 as a bonus IF, you you scan and email the docs within 6 hours of completing the signing.

~ they pay ONLY a flat $25 fee if the signer refuses or cancels when you arrive, but if you don't call them immediately to tell them they cancelled, you forfeit the $25.

~ If you make ANY error there is a $30 deduction from your fee to cover shipping.

~ you are required to use their invoice, and separately invoice them for each event.

Your responsibilities include:
Confirming, printing, traveling, answering questions in regard to the purpose of each document, double check the contract for accuracy and completeness, communicate each leg to the company, scan and return docs electronically as well as via overnight docs via express carrier.

You decide.. is it worth your time and expense?
