From what I've read elsewhere, the two owners have filed bankruptcy, listing all notaries owed money as their creditors. Now mind you the two owners have filed BK, not the company (according to reports). That's something you're all going to have to research and follow up on - I, thankfully, have never worked for them so have no claim against them.

Good Luck everyone!

I am very disappointed in them and the way they treat their notaries. I am reporting them on 123 so that no one else has to go through the frustrations of working for them and not getting paid. Stay as far away from them as you can - I believe at this point they are nothing but crooks.

Rob owes me $375. I have called, emailed, faxed etc.. NO Response. He is a scumbag and should not be allowed to continue his business. I have hired a collection agency through the NNA, they got NO result. I have reported him to RELS and the BBB and Ripoffreport.com. Everywhere I could think of. I tried to get some kind of a response from him, Nothing. It has been a year since I last worked for him. I now have to file a 1099-C this year. Its for Non paying clients. That way he will have to answer to the IRS instead of me. Also, file a complaint with the Indiana Insurance Admin. That might help you. Good luck to you, I hope you are able to collect something from him!!
