I did a signing for this company back on 11/01/11. I still have not received payment. I've emailed my invoice twice and faxed it twice. I did actually get Joy on the line one time to ask her about my payment, she said she'd never gotten the email and gave me the fax #. Subsequent phone calls have just gone to voicemail and no response to my emails. Today I'm faxing AND mailing my 3rd and final invoice, then it goes to my lawyer. I'm disappointed though. I'd worked with the company in the past and they always paid promptly. I wonder what happened.

| notify the closing companies that you haven't been paid and are seeking legal recourse..it may help them find their invoices |

| I would not believe anything they say. They told me over a week ago they were going to mail my check that day. I live about 45 minutes from their office. I sent a demand letter and they have not responded. They're deadbeats. |

This company does not pay. They are also using two different names and phone numbers. The address for both is the same. They are in Signing Central as North Coast Settlement. I asked that their listing be updated to add both names. Someone else posted that they are bouncing checks. Beware.

| Ha! Just called there and spoke to Joy Hinkel. Apparently they have moved offices and displaced some invoices. She requested I resend and said check will go out today. We shall see. I'll keep you posted. |

| I put the address in Google and it appears to be some sort of shopping center. Your mail probably came back because there wasn't a unit number in the address. Why don't you put the address in Google search and choose Satellite view. You'll see several names and businesses listed on the left side of the screen and maybe one of those names will be the person you're looking for. There is a title company listed, although the name is different. |

| I recieved a closing from them on September 19th, 2011. They gave me an address of 2035 Crocker Road/Westlake, Ohio 44145. The invoice I mailed to them was returned as "Insufficient Address". I have made a number os calls, but it goes to voice mail. Does any else have information on this company? |
