To: Gary Peterson - this is what I wrote on another Cogent file back in September:

"This company is NOT out of business, but they should be!!! I finally got a check September 13, 2011 for a job done July 25, 2011. I was referred to a Jon Shitley of The Gridd. He resembles a used car salesman...check out The Gridd webbsite!! Gee, I hope the check clears. DO NOT WORK FOR COGENT OR THE GRIDD!!!!"

Would like to alert everyone about Cogent Closing Associates out of Atlanta, Ga. Did a closing for them back in April and still have not been paid. In fact, even tho sending numerous emails and faxes, they have not even had the professionalism to reply.
