Thanks Linda for your input. This file did close and I contacted Richmond Title, an ISGN company, in Dallas and will be reporting to BBB. Is there anything else anyone to suggest that these people stop doing this?

I've never worked for him, but check some of the other forums - there are reported payment issues.

Make sure your loan funded (get a copy of the recorded security instrument for the loan you signed) and, if it were me, I'd call title.

Does anyone have any experience closing with these people. Did two closings on 4/20/11, no payment yet. Called last week and was told they pay on the 45th day. I am past that but no payment yet.
