When a signing agency takes over 30 days to pay I email/fax/call the signing agency to inform them that I will be sending out a "Payment Demand Letter". Usually, this is all it takes! The letter states that I will contact the lender, borrower, Sec of State, and the BBB.

I did 2 signings for them, One 11-30-10 and the other 12-24-10. Called them on 1-20-11 wanting to know when to expect payment. Charlie told me the check should be going out & had me contact Christy in accounting to check status. She did return my call the next day. I received payment 2-1-11. Looks like they don't pay until you call and find out where your check is. But I had no problem once I called and checked on the status.

Nationwide Signing Services LLC in Arizona hires but doesnt pay. His Name is Charlie Camenzind in Chandler, AZ phone 602 214 2537. His game is "check is in the mail".
