Complaints against John Kulik can be made to
Department of state. He is apparently a licensed notary. He has stiffed for one signing for $125, for more than 100 days.

John Kulik is apparently a notary in PA. Hence the following avenues of legal action is being undertaken by me and sharing with you.

1) Notary Complaint
https://www.pals.pa.gov/#/ComplaintForm

2) Complaint to PA Attorney General.
https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/uploadedFiles/MainSite/Content/ComplaintForms/BCP_Complaint_Form.pdf

If enough complaints pile up , then this will get some traction and response from the authorities.

SO Please do your civic duty & complain in both state government authorities

waiting over 100 days for payment John is dishonest - see his ratings on noataryrotary.com etc. Do not accept signings from him!

Do you notice how all the raves are from years past. Lure you in with a couple they pay fast. Then feeling good about them they give you several and then make you wait for all to pay, if a at all. It's amazing these guys are still in business. I have started making calls to the lenders who use them asking who to send the invoices to because these guys don't pay. I have even referred them to other signing services. You and I probably won't get our money but hopefully the lenders will get the message and step away form them. DON"T BE FOOLED BY THE NICE GUYS ROUTINE. They are not in your best interest.

I finally got paid from them after more than 6 months. I had to contact them through their website and send several copies in the mail. Just thought I'd give you an update.

Good luck - unless you're named on the CD (NJ being a table funding state) you'll get paid when they decide to pay you - IF they do. Their ratings on other sites are not good - in fact 1 out of 5 stars for the past 6 months. Reviews both here and elsewhere show slow to no pay.

Good luck. More careful vetting of who you work for would be far more advantageous in the long run, IMO. I hope you do get paid.

As for your insert, I won't chew that over again - you know from other boards how I and others feel about that concept.

I Will update once i get paid and how fast I do

########## UPDATE on 4/26/2017 ############

I have been waiting to be paid for a closing done in October - John is 75 days late in paying. He is not answering my calls. A lot has changed in the last 5 years. I will be notifying the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office and the Pennsylvania Secretary of State - we need to put this man out of business

Signing Wiz has joined the list of deadbeat signing companies. I will never work for them again! I have five outstanding invoices from June thru October 2016 and mostly seller side so the fee is low and payment is general quick to the signing company. I will be calling the signing companies today and everyday until I get paid or they are out of business.

I have two signings with the "WIZ" one is 50 days out, the other is 26 days out. Their answer to my first request for payment was you should receive a check in the next 5-7 Business days, maybe earlier. Hopefully they will pay both at the same time!

I have an outstanding invoice from January and John promised my check would go out last Tuesday, no check as of today. I told him if i didn't have the check by yesterday, I would call the title company involved in the transaction to let them know Signing Wiz does not pay it's notary's. I will never do work for them again.

I have been doing signings for John for a couple of months now. The communication is great, the docs are on time, the instructions are clear. My fees have been paid on time and without a single call for their status. Bravo Signing Wiz!!
