I was concerned about that too Vince..but felt it was important enough to give it a try - and I thank 123 administration for not deleting this and seeing the importance of the message here..

And should NotRot admin decide to delete the posts, I and many others have saved the posts to a Microsoft Works or Word document for future reference just in case...

My first reaction was that the cross reference to a post on another board should not be made. But, after reading the entire thread there, I would encourage everyone to visit the NotaryRotary website and comments made and hope that none are deleted. Linda, thanks for being the first to point it out. It serves as a good lesson in communication and perception.

I have never done business with Fairfax Signings and after reading message 319087 and the poster's scathing review of Notaries, I never, ever will. I think the CA Commissioner of Corporations will be interested in what that malcontent poster wrote. I have contacted Notaries I network with who aren't normally on the forums to go to Notary Rotary and read that thread. I personally have saved their info to my cell phone contacts list and assigned it a "no ring".

Yep...quite an eye-opener, no?

I hope others will see that and realize what companies think of us - and how they laugh all the way to the bank when we agree to their ridiculous $75 fees.

I'm also hoping anyone owed money by Fairfax or Integrity Escrow step up their collection procedures, especially based on the statement that the company is probably closing down.

Anyone who does work for this company (and I never have, thank goodness) - go to Notary Rotary and read the current thread - Msg #319075 - think you'll find it very interesting if you have any self-respect.

Make your own decisions as to your future relationship with this company.
