I have great experiences with New Millennium. I have worked for them this year and have no problems at all. I did (on my last signing with them) have fax backs, it was for BoA. After I faxed the docs, they emailed and said it was okay to drop the docs.

Ben, Michael, Ann and Nicole are great to work with!!

I had an excellent experience with this company until yesterday. I was given the closing but when I contacted the borrower the wife wanted her friend who does closings close by to be the notary. I tried to explain the situation to a person at New Milennium but she insulted me and my experience. I sent back a nasty e-mail and asked to be removed from their system. Still cracks me up when these rude, arrogant little paper pushers think they know it all. After 10 years you might think I would be used to it. I average $80 per hour for closings and she is probably at $10 an hour so I will just move on as Im on track to do over 400 closings again this year. Minnesota 7

Just picked up a small assignment today and, after checking here, I'm happy to see positive feedback. I've done signings for New Millennium Title Group back in 2010. They paid well and within 30 days. No problems with this company. I don't recall having to fax anything.

I'm not going to stand around faxing back 100 pages of ESPECIALLY when there are duplicates, i.e. 6 n.o.c, and 5 or 6 truth and lending statements.

I realize the lender wants the docs in their hot little hands ASAP, but I look at it this way, if I've done a few signings for a company and there were no problems, then let me DO my job, and get it to FEDEX or UPS ASAP!

These people have to realize we're notaries, with a computer and printers, we're not Staples!

I often wonder "What are they thinking...are they thinking at all?"
What part of additional Time and Expenses don't they understand?

Yup, I lost the job over my $15 faxback fee. They met my $XXX signing fee (not $100) - I was surprised at that since they had been reportedly offering $90 for these a while back. But they would not go higher for the faxbacks.

My policy is, "if it costs me more money, it costs them more money." I'm not here to do charity work for lenders, and that goes with every company that asks for "a little extra." Gas has gone up, so services go up. It's call "economics 101."

Unfortunately, they are not willing to pay extra for 40 pages of faxbacks. They want extra services from the notary, but are not willing to pay for it.

Haven't worked for them in quite some time but I've heard that on some of their loans (BofA for one, maybe others) they *require* you fax back the *entire* package..

Beware and price accordingly.

Hopefully your reports are still good as I received an email from Kelly Bryce yesterday to set up as a new vendor with them.

Anyone have experience with this group? I did a last minute signing for them last night and was just checking (I know, do research before).
It was late and they sounded desparate, the signing was close to home. I asked what they will pay, she said $XXX, how much will you need, I told her and she went up higher. Documents were to me in minutes. So far so good, we will see next week.
