Wendy, send the SS a certified demand letter, giving them X days to pay you in full or you will be contacting the Title Company. When SS's don't pay and we contact the Title Co., it puts the SS's relationship with them in jeopardy as Title Co.'s don't like being contacted by the Notary when they've already paid the SS. At some point, the SS will lose their contract with the Title Co. - and they should. If the Title Co. will not cooperate, send them a certified demand letter giving them X days to pay you or inform them that you will be contacting the CA Insurance Commissioner to report them for financial irresponsibility and theft of services. |

I have worked for them over 9 months and NEVER until the last 60 days have i had a problem with a payment. They are now 33-60 days past due on 4 invoices. I WILL NOT be working with them again and am reporting them to the Attorney General office in Ca.

I was paid for my services I received a call from the manager, about the circumstances behind the services rendered. He was super nice, and apologized for the lateness of fee. Yes, I would do business with them again. I appreciated the call. I received the call about a month after receiving payment about July 15, 2009.

I have done a application for them. It took threat of collection to be paid. They were 30 days late.

we've done a number of jobs for them and been paid for none (although promised that a check is in the mail today)
pros: 1. the jobs require less paper (35 sheets or so) than a full refi 2. the jobs require less time (about an hour) than a full refi
cons: 1. their emails go astray which makes communication time consuming 2. their fax machine has repeatedly failed for every single job (and you must fax each one) which adds to the cost of the job 3. after the job, they renegotiated a fee reduction due to borrower failing to sign, which isn't unusual except that we'd already given them a reduced fee. 4. we haven't been paid yet. 5. you must be willing to carry away large checks from people already in desperate circumstances. |

Has anyone worked with Noah Savings, a modification and loan application company located at 65 Enterprise, Aliso Viejo, CA/17 Goodyear, Suite 125, Irvine, CA?
Are they related at all to Spectra Signing Services or FS Law Group Home Solutions who doesn't pay.
