I have done several repeat customer closings for them. In the past I had delayed payments but as of lately they have been paying without me having to follow-up. When I did have to inquire about payment, I always did get a response and payment shortly there after. They pay very very well and I am quite happy with their business.

I did a signing for them, and after calling 4 times about payment, I have marked them uncollectable.

I will NOT do business with them again, ever.

I have to take that back, I received their check today (the very day I put this on the forum).... so they are good to their word....

I handled 2 signings for them - 2/24/13 and 3/14/13. My check arrived on 3/11/13 for both signings.

Geena DeLaurentis was very nice to deal with.

Yes, you have to scan the packet and email afterwards. The first packet was 62 pages and the later was 34 pages. There was no haggling about my fee. I felt it was worth the work and I would definitely work with them again.

I did a structured settlement package for this company on 4/22/2012 and received my check today, 1 week later. I've had no problems with them thus far. Actually, I've never received payment this quickly!

Their client was a no show twice. Chris Forbes promised to pay two trip fees. To date I have not received payment. I've emailed and called both Chris Forbes and Stephanie Vincent, the scheduler, and they refuse to respond. I sent the owner, Burt Kroner a demand letter by cert. mail last week. Haven't heard anything as of yet. The next step will be to file a complaint with the State of Florida and seek a judgement if necessary.

From now own I will only work with these sort of companies if they pay up front. Otherwise it's not worth the hassle.

I have done several signings for Client First and have been paid on time for 99% of them. It's always only a few pages and I am called back 2 times or more for the same client for future docs. It seems people only post negative things, which is unfair. I like Client First!

I worked for them 8/10 received the check 9/23 - I had to email to ask for the money, BUT, they were really nice about it, called me right away, and paid me immediately. I'd work for them again, they paid me $50 to get one piece of paper signed, but I guess I'd probably call a lot sooner for my $$.

I completed 2 signings for this company in May 2011. The 1st signing was 5/5/11. I faxed back their required notary form for payment 5/5/11. I received my check on 5/23/11. I completed the 2nd signing 5/15/11, but I forgot to fax the company's required form back for payment until 8/15/11. I received payment 9/9/11.
