I have very little free time. I find using this website a nuisance; however, most of my notary business comes from this website! I appreciate websites that are time savers for me. I have to have two separate login names. I sometimes can't do something from where I am, so I just go back to the beginning and log in again to make it work. For some strange reason, the version of my name that I wanted was already taken. I didn't think it was that common!

I always find it interesting when people complain that our site is not user-friendly. They almost never are able to state what problem they had, on what page, or what they did. Specifics are always omitted.

If you have your password you can easily login to your listing. If you don't have your password, you can ask us or use the password retrieval system. It is not rocket science!

I'm curious as to why someone would pick a notary based on his/her photograph!

I think it is just a matter of getting used to. Be patient with yourself. There is always someone to lend a hand.

It seems as though on this 123 Notary that I can't upload my pic.
I got a signing off Notary Rotary because I was one of the few notaries that had a pic!

6 of one, half a dozen of the other. I find the forum as user-friendly as the user is friendly to using it (did that make sense?)

If you read regularly, then just using the "Active Topics" makes it pretty darn simple. Doesn't matter where the new posts are, they'll be presented to you on a virtual platter if you just use the "Active Topics" selection.

Another issue I experience when posting on this site is when I go back and change something in the body of the text before I post, sometimes when I place the cursor inside the text and begin to use the backspace button to erase some text, the web page backs up to a previous page and I lose my entire message. Just happened again to me this morning!

JBelmont is well organized, but many folks post items wherever they feel is appropriate on the day they make the post - or even put the same post within several different headings (to attract different answers possibly).

Hopefully the organizational format will be by choice of the user - as is or by string. Nothing wrong with making a good site better!

I don't like the string format. I like this format! I get lost over on the NotaryRotary forum. But, I guess I'll adapt if you've gotta do that! I still don't like it.

Hi guys,
Sorry you don't like the existing forum. I am an organization freak, so I like it this way. We are currently working on the string format. Please allow a few months for that to appear online. I'm aware of what you guys like, it just takes time to have the programmers do that when they are busy with other things. Try to get used to this format in the mean time.

I find the forum here on 123 very cumbersome to use. I personally don't care for the separate subject forums. I much prefer the simplicity of the layout of the other major forum site. Another frustration, sometimes I'll write a response to a post and try to post it, only to get a message that I'm not signed in and my message has disappeared.

One thing I do like is the ability to edit a previous post.

I find this site very easy to use and I have had conversations with Carmen and found that she is very helpful. I also get business from this site.

Bobbi,

The reason NNA showed up first is because they have paid for it. Notice that their link is a sponsored link. 123 shows up first in the general search.

Not at home and lazy, so to get here in Google I entered "123notary.com" and hit the search button.

Interesting.
The FIRST listing in google was www.nationalnotary.com.
The second listing was 123notary.com.

Both listings had 123notary.com at the top. Only one had the web address that I wanted.

I would like to know what is not easy to use. We have a link to login to your listing at the top of the home page and an update link at the bottom of all listings. Searching for a notary is easy too. I think that once you are used to using the site you will find it really easy. We are always here to help too.

I would use 123 notary more ofter if it were more friendly use-able. I find 123 notary site more complicated to use. I just don't like the set up or may be I just don't get it. If is not user friendly. Notary rotary site is easy to use. y0u just click and see everything. I do get work for being a member of 123 Notary, but I just don't get the friendly feeling from this site managers.
