Hi Lisa,
I do offer help to people with websites. Just email me at info@123notary.com and I'll take a quick look at your site. I can usually offer a bunch of quick and effective tips in minutes and don't charge for that either.

Hi everybody.
I apologize, but we have already selected the notaries to receive their free editing. Their notes have already been edited. The results were excellent. I used part of the new content in some new pages which may be of help to notaries who need ideas on what to do with their notes section. I learned a lot too.

All of you are welcome to purchase the notes editing for $15 in the remainder fees section of https://www.123epayment.com if you are still interested.

Just to add to Renee's comments, I read a post by someone who commented that the more professional, "big company" appearance presented, the more likely payment would be made timely.

I believe the more professional presentation of my company, the more likely I'll get quality jobs and prompt payment. As a freelance writer myself, I try to convey as much information relevant to my work as possible within a small character footprint...sometimes a challenge

That said, I think this free service being offered should definitely be considered by anyone who wants to build up their business. Go for it, and thanks, Jeremy.

Hi Renee,
We keep it a secret who we edit for in general -- for those who pay for the editing. Nobody would know that they had professionally edited notes, except that the quality of their notes would stand out. However, we'll offer this free if we can have the right to publicize the work. We won't mention the names of who got the free editing though.

Good note sections make 123notary a more polished place for browsers to visit which helps all of us.

Well, I commend you for the amount of effort you put into helping people compile a profile that optimizes their business. As we all know, there are a lot of profiles that surely aren't helping any one's business - and being able to write good 'copy' is surely not part/parcel with being a good NSA. Our profiles are hugely crucial to our business, and anyone whose literary abilities aren't a strong skill would be wise to find/hire someone with better writing skills for this. As long as the actual information provided is true and correct, who writes your 'ad copy' is regardless.

Now - that said, I think your offer for profile editing is fantastic, but should be kept 'underground'. I think if people felt confident that nobody would KNOW they had help, they'd be more inclined to use the service - which I think ultimately would help polish up our industry as a whole, and benefit us all.

You could still show a comparison of before and after, but just using hit numbers w/out identifying anyone.

I think a team of editors is best, as any single editor is going to have their own style, and that can become easy to recognize - which isn't perhaps the best outcome, ultimately. It could back-fire, if enough people used that editor and evidence a "123 style" profile.

Food for thought, as this is a new service offer and as far as I'm aware, you're breaking some ground with it. It sure seems to be an obvious need in the industry, and has always completely baffled me why people wouldn't seek out some literary help as just a matter of course when first setting up their business. They'll seek help for accounting, for taxes, for printer selections - stuff their client doesn't even see. But the FIRST thing their clients see - well, enough said, the profile is a definite make or break item!

Dear notaries,
I'm going to offer some free editing work to a handful of notaries who will let me make a spectacle of the "BEFORE" and "AFTER", so that the others will have an idea of what to expect from our editor. In my opinion his work is "Smooth". You'll find out what I am talking about.

If you want to have your notes on the before and after page, please reply to this post and let me know your name and n# and I'll choose which notes sections I like the most to have our editor work on it.
