A way to make extra money is to become an affiliate with one of the many legal document preparation companies, this would be good for a beginner because it is the company and not you that is selling the document. Sell the document, make the commission, then make a few dollars on notarizing. WARNING: Make sure you know something about your state's UPL laws first.

Many libraries have on their website a page where library patrons can put in their library card number and get FREE access to access to all the US Legal documents. Have your customer get a free form, then you can make money on the notarization
