Things look like there improving across the board. Lots of notaries have reported to me that they are getting busier. I am refi-ing myself. I bought down the rate at a very reasonable rate so I am happy about this. If your credit is right and you have equity this is the perfect time.

I have been much busier lately than I have in the past couple of months. I can only do closings in the evenings and have had five this week, so I think things are starting to take off and it will only get busier. I think once all these people who have requested a refinance, go through all of the paperwork, it will go boom! I certainly hope so.

How are the lower interest rates helping notaries? Are there more jobs? I think that in January, things always pick up, and this January, with the lower rates, maybe we will have super luck. Lets see.
