Your fee should be based on covering your cost and making a profit. How long does it take you to get places, i.e. some places I travel to are "only 15 miles" but in reality takes 30 or more minutes to get to.
The vast majority of my work is e-docs - the fee covers both sets of documents.
I know my base coverage area - my fee is set on that. For regualr customers, I may travel beyond that area without an increase. For last minute, never to hear from again people, if it is outside my area, I may increase my fee.

I dont think anyone is going to come here and publically post their standard fee. The fees can vary depending on customer, circumstance, etc.

What is the normal PA Loan Signing Fee?
Do you charge extra for edocs including borrower's copies?
Do you charge any additional fees?

I am new to the signing agent business and want to be fair but also make money.
