I take back my two thumbs up. 
I have an outstanding invoice of several hundred dollars with them going back to last October.
I would NOT take work from them again...

I can 't get paid for jobs I did last year. I don't even get an excuse.. Tabooo stay away from this company |

Ivy Settlement Services is out of PA, I have gotten work from them, and they pay about a month and 1/2 out. They are a reliable company and easy to work with, they do alot of reverse Applications and Mortgages.
I give them two thumbs up...
