I too are owed money from this "DEADBEAT". He emailed me several months back and told me that he was consulting with an attorney and when I asked the name of his attorney so that I could direct all my future correspondence to him, he told me that he had not actually retained the attorney and that he did not want a VENDOR to bother his attorney with silly questions and comments. I reminded Mr. Possen that I was not a vendor but I was a CREDITOR of his that needed to be paid. I was told that I would need to send him my invoice and that he would be going over the invoices that he received but that I would be paid. I asked the AG's office here in Wyoming to get involved. They did send a letter to the Title company, Phoenix Settlement and their attorney responded. I in turn asked for the front and back of the canceled check where they had supposely had paid The Closing Company, that they had stated to the AG and to myself on several different occasions that they had paid Matt on May 10, but instead of a copy of front and back of canceled check from the title company, I got a check in the amount that was owed for the signing in mid September and the check was dated May 9 and made out to me. Now whether they had held the check or not I do not know, I did have all intentions of suing The Closing Company, Matt Prossen and Phoenix Settlement Services for the sum of money that was owed. I have removed the signing amount owed from the invoice to The Closing Company but I am still owed late fees, collection fess and search fees for Matt Prossen. I have a couple of years before my time limitation will run out per state law, but until the time that I do file the lawsuit against Mr. Prossen and The Closing Company, my fees just keep right on adding up. I also sent a letter to the Secretary of State, Notary Division for Florida and explained to them that Mr. Prossen owed me money and that Mr. Dimond had been involved in the FRAUD and I asked that their creditals be pulled for any notary work that might be available to them in the State of Florida. I do not know if that was done or not, but at least I did put up a RED FLAG for the two of them. I about half way expect Matt Prossen to file bankruptcy, but time will tell.

| Who is the real TCC "The Closing Company". TCC owes me for couple closings back to April, which were all ordered via Silk Title. Each time I was contacted by Sean C. Dimon who always gave the owners contact name and email as Matt Prossen@closnigcompany.com. Matt sent us an email that the company was closing down and he would take a few months to pay us for our services. The last email I received from his Blackberry was a November time frame at the earliest to make payments. Payments due keep moving more and more to the end of time... Each confirmation has a different address; TCC, 2349 Railroad St. #2508 Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or TCC, 2805 E. Oakland Park Blvd., Ste. 381 Ft. Lauderdale, FL 3306 or 16300 N.E. 19th Ave. Miani Beach Fl. Does anyone have a real contact address or phone number for Matt Prossen? Or, any current information on TCC? |
