I closed a couple of loans for them this year.
They only pay $65.00 here in PA, but there is not extra work included. Show up, sit with the borrower's for a 1/2 hour and then leave, plus the offices are about 20 minutes drive for me.
Easy work for me.

IREP called me originally about three years ago and offered me $75 per in-office signing. Then they called a couple of years later and downgraded the fee to $70. Then, they recruited other notaries in Albuquerque to work for as low as $50, and now that business has dropped off, and some offices here have closed, they are calling only those who will sign for $50. The only time I get calls now is when they want someone to pick up docs, go to the borrowers home, sign, and return the documents. I figure if they can't call me for office signings, they don't need me for that. Let the $50 people run around in circles.

I do a lot of signings for IREP. Last year signing fee was $75.00. But this year because business is down normal fee is $70.00 if I sign in office with no fax backs and no printing of docs. If I travel out of town with distance no more 50 miles then fee is $125.00 still no printing or fax back of documents. They pay on time. Anything prior to 5 day cut off before 15th of month is paid on 15th, anything signed after 15th is paid on 1st. Just have to remember to fax back their survey.

I live in WA and IREP pays $70 per closing. I just closed one of their new conforming loans, and they have pretty much doubled in size, but the pay is still the same. I'm just curious what other people are getting paid by them.
