I use to work for them every month and had no problems until a few months ago and they consistenltly lowered my agreed upon fee to $60 on their invoice and if that wasn't bad enough said I never updated their system (which I did) their requirements of exactly 60 minutes from the start of the appointment time is a little unreasonable when some people especially older ones may take a few more minutes to sign. When I disputed the amount of the money and the complaints their response consistantly was i did not comply with instructions. very annoying and unfortunatly i asked them to remove me from their list, I really dont need the extra stress!

That's the total opposite of my experience with FASS. I work for them regularly and have found them to be an excellent company. They always pay my fees and if they ask me to go any distance they usually offer to pay an extra $25. They pay quickly as well. My one complaint (other than the annoying reminder calls) is that if the borrower doesn't sign they only pay you $35, even if you printed a 150 page packet.

I worked for this company as a favor to a friend for $100. The borrower refused to sign the first time due to money due at closing was not what was agreed to. I could not contact the company that night. I called the next day and received a new package. Not only did they try to only pay me $60, but refused to pay me for the second printing and signing and informed me I had not discussed any problems with them at all. I asked how had I received a 2nd set of documents if I had not discussed any problems with them. They did eventually pay the onther $40 but refused to pay for the additional day. I will NEVER work for them again.
