You can use the Texas Acknowledgment but you must use our 2008 Jurat wording for all Jurats notarized in CA.

Page 14 of the Notary Handbook:
The second form most frequently completed by a notary public is a jurat. The jurat is identified by the wording "Subscribed and sworn to (of affirmed)" contained in the form... Any jurat taken within this state shall be in the following form:

State of California
County of __________

Subcribed and sworn to (of affirmed) before me on this __ day of ____, 20__, by ____, proved to me on the basis of satisfactory evidence to be the person(s) who appeared before me.

I am in Ca and I was asked to use Texas ack and jurat. I know I can notarize another state ack but I cannot find anything in the handbook about the jurat.
