I recently worked with this company and I just wanted to warn other notaries that by default their contract stats essentially that if the signing fails to close or fund, you won't get paid. When I address this with them on the phone they stated that it rarely happens and that most notaries ask for half, but that the notary can indicate their own terms in regards to non-closings in the application.

I personally am a firm believer that once I complete my job error free and the documents are received, I'm paid in full no matter what happens on the title/escrow/borrower side.

That aside, thought the company was easy to work for and pay was on average. I'll update once payment is received.

EDIT: I received payment in a timely manor. There was an issue with the signing but they were reasonable in how they addressed it. I only wonder if they'll use my services again based on my payment requirements.

I worked for them up to probably mid to late 2006. Excellent to work with. Simple instructions, no fax-backs, no hand-holding, and paid net 30 without fail. Haven't heard from them for some time.

I found some good information on notaryalert about them. However, I don't see any posts anywhere about them. Does anyone have any experience with this company?
