They do not pay!!! They owe me money from 2 closings completed 2007!!! I had reached out many, many times and they are just liars about the check being in the mail.

Do not trust them!!!

Have a blessed day!

Don't confuse the Accusigning in Chandler, Arizona with the Accusigning in Loomis, California. They are two different companies. I suspect you are posting about the other one.

The one in California, near Roseville (just north of Sacramento), is the one with the troubled history of non/late payments. They owe me from a signing a year ago and I doubt they will ever pay.

Basically, they operate by hiring sweet notaries with nice phone voices to call people they haven't previously used - it is very easy to find fresh names off the various notary websites. They sound very nice and often offer good fees.

When you call to collect, things change rapidly. The sweet person has now left/been terminated/got the heck out. The seasoned pros still working for the company behave as if they've never heard of you and will do anything to try to confuse you, ignore you and just generally not pay you.

The sad thing is - you can report them to the Better Business Bureau and the various notary websites, and they'll just resurface with a new business name before too long. I've learned to check the return area code and just avoid certain signing companies. Good luck with this business- insist on payment in advance or refuse the bait..

Non-payers deserve llama spittle!

The Chandler office is the one not paying. Now their phones are disconnected. If anyone has information on this company or the owners, please let me know.

I did a closing for them in June and was paid in August. They were always very pleasant to me and paid a fair price. Would work for them anytime!

I have not been paid from ACCUSIGN for a closing in September, a 3 hour drive to boot. Worst of all they are very rude to me.

Exactly! They are usually robbing Peter to pay Paul and since the last 2 months have been really slow there is no Paul. And from what I just saw today on the news it is going to get worse. Be careful who you work for. At this point I would never work for any signing company. Title only.

I think that a lot of companies do not have a clue about what they are doing or getting into until they get too deep in and go under. That may be why you find a small signing service unwilling or unable to pay.

I made two visits to the same borrower for this company (required two trips as the company forgot to send some documents the first visit). Signing was completed in Oct 06, I did receive a check for part of the agreed upon fee but not until January 14, 2007. I still have been unable to collect on the remaining balance, and same story, they do not respond to phone calls or my emails. I don't understand why companies can't stand by the agreement and just pay their bills. I have turned this over to collections, but who knows what good that will do.

I have done several signings for accuratesigninggroup.
I do not know if they are the same company as accusinging. I have never had a problem getting paid from accuratesigning.

I have had difficulty in receiving payment for numerous signings. The voice mails, letters, monthly statements, and faxes go unanswered. Now, I have had to turn the company over to my attorney to begin collection proceedings.

Good luck in getting money from the owner, Barbara, for a signing that was not completed.

As the person above stated, please report them to the NNA. They keep a list of firms that do not pay.

I have also worked with Accusigning. It took me 6 months to receive payment. All I got out of Lori was a "sob story". As far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't send a dead cat to work for her. I had to resort to having my attorney write her a collection letter to get paid. I also reported her to National Notary Assoc. as well.

I have had a very difficult time collecting for 2 jobs that I completed in Oct 05. I can't tell you how many phone calls and faxes I have sent. Barbara, the owner, is rude and beligerant. I have reached her on several occasions and she tells me I can ONLY speak to Steve from 7:30am-8:00am. SO, when I do call then the line is busy or it goes into voicemail and the mailbox is full, I cannot leave a message. I have never worked for a more unprofessional company than this. I cant imagine how she stays in business.

I have done two signing for them back in Sept. of 2005. As of this date I still have not been paid for the signing. Be aware that they have not responded to my e-mail or written letters for payment. I will never take a signing from them again at the way they have treated me. As for the fee, send them a missed signing bill and let them pay it and also include the cost for the e-docs. They should pay that no matter what.

Has anyone ever dealt with Accusigning? They engaged me to do an e-doc signing last week. I printed out all of the documents (2 copies) and went to the assigned appointment. The borrower was not home. I called the borrower and asked her to call me back. She never returned my call. I called Accusigning to inform them of the situation. They said they would call me back. Accusigning never called back. This is the first assignment I ever received from Accusigning. I tried to contact them about what their policy is about this type of situation so that I could send them the appropriate invoice, but they have not responded. What should I do in this situation?
