I don't know Tracys last name, however, I had to speak to her about payment on one, and she was so nice and said she would get payment out asap, that she didn't know what the problem was ect. I still didn't receive payment until 3 weeks after that! Don't let her sweet voice fool you. She's in on it to. After speaking with her, you'll think you've gotten somewhere and in reality, she's lying too.

OMG, this company is the absolute worst. It had taken over 80 days to get paid from them and that is calling every other day asking "wheres the check?" I had gotten so many reasons why they were so late. The topper is....I got paid on 2-29-08 for a closing done in Dec '07, I deposited the check, even though the check was dated for 1-15-08, I got a call from David last week saying that he was out sick and hadn't transferred money into any of their accounts and the check bounced!!! I couldn't believe it. Please be extremely careful if you do closings for this company. Also their packages are huge, they don't pay a decent amount, you cannot get paid and if you do, it might just bounce! Close at your own risk!

| Beware, they are very slow paying. Think twice before you accept work from them. Does anyone know Tracy's last name? I believe she is the owner. |
